Ezekiel 36 : 26 till 28

(Message shared in Advent Christian Church, West Mambalam on 3rd June 2018)

26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. 28 Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God.

Yet another promise from God!!!.  

Why have our hearts turned out be as hard as a stone. Every single dirt in the heart gets rolled and sediment after sediment gets hardened as a stone which does not yield itself to the grace of God but stands firm with Pride. 

A hardened heart does not love but pretends to be loving and caring. 

A hardened heart does not care about worshiping the idols. It can even attend Church services and worship idols at the same time.

A hardened heart cannot listen to God's voice but leans on its own thoughts and ways.

A hardened heart does not feel the absence of Holy Spirit as its filled with the worldly thoughts, ideas, innovations, technology, gadgets, money, fame, gaming, friends, parties and what not.

God has promised to renew our spirits and take away this heart of stone from us. 
When the Spirit of God is with, He is sure to guide us in all understanding.
Lets not hide idol that hinders us from inheriting God's promises and cast them away from us today.
  
Lets pray God to renew our hearts, cast away all the idols of this world from us and help us to walk in statutes.

Karthick a chosen one by God, who was called even before he was formed.. All Glory to Jesus!!!.

Karthick a resident of Perambur, Chennai. Born in a hindu family , with his mother being the only earning person in the family doing small household works in nearby places. Amidst his family situations, Karthick accepted Jesus as his personal saviour and began attending the fellowship every week.                

              Karthick also started attending the church every Sunday. He developed a passion for Jesus, he tasted His love and decided to give his life to Jesus. Soon after he trusted Jesus, the Joy of Jesus began to flow in him and his family. He was blessed with a good job with a good income where after the situation in the family had tremendous change.

             Karthick had to quit his studies due to his family  situation but God helped him to pursue his studies and he completed his Bachelor of Computer Applications. 

             Karthick had to face a trial in his life when he met with an accident in ECR, but God's hand saved him from which he was fully saved. Karthick also received the anointing of Holy Spirit, through which God made him empowered over his situations.

            Karthick's mother who was a die hard hindu also accepted Christ and got baptised.

We as a family of JWJ  praise God, glorify the name of Jesus for all the wonders He did in the life of our dear brother Karthick.

"JOY WITH JESUS" A ministry committed to Christ, working with a mission to nurture youths in Christ and help them grow spiritually. The ultimate vision of this ministry is to develop young leaders who would spread the Gospel of Jesus across nations. 
               The ministry underwent an expansion extending its territory in Children ministry, Hospital ministry, Track's ministry and Prayer walks and yet to grow.

* Youth fellowship - every Sunday 6.30 p.m.
* Children ministry - every Sunday 3.00 p.m.
* Tracks ministry - every Sunday, committed youths in the fellowship start post lunch.
* Night Prayers - every Saturday 10.00 p.m
* Women's fellowship - every Wednesday 11.00 a.m
* Early morning worship sessions - twice in a month at 5.30 a.m
